Standard Trade Management Rules
1) If, after entry, the candle closes back on the opposite side of the 20EMA, close for a loss
2) Full Size Position if Vol >= 100% vol avg
1/2-Size Position if Vol >= 75% vol avg
3) Stop-Loss = 1.5 X ATR
1st Target = 1 X ATR
4) 1/2 off at 1st Target for profit - move Stop-Loss to break-even on remainder
